What materials can be processed at STERO?
At STERO, we process a wide range of materials with the highest precision. These include free-cutting steels, stainless steels, brass, aluminum, magnesium, and, on request, plastics. Our modern CNC-controlled machines enable us to manufacture both simple and complex parts from these materials in various sizes and shapes.
What dimensions are possible in production?
Depending on the part geometry, we manufacture diameters ranging from 1 to 65 mm and component lengths of up to 1500 m.
What are the batch sizes for production?
Our industries and customers are diverse, and we adapt flexibly to a wide range of requirements and batch sizes. Customers with small quantities starting at around 500 pieces will find what they need with us, as will customers with series requirements exceeding several million pieces, for example. We serve you throughout the long product life cycle, from introduction to peak production and series discontinuation.
